Throwback to January, the leanest and lightest I’ve ever been in my adult life, and the closest I have ever been to having visible abs. I’m pretty sure I weighted about 160 all throughout high school with a body fat percentage in the mid to high twenties. Here, I was about 17% and about 150 lbs.
It took me 2 years of CrossFit and changing my eating habits to get to this point.
I’m mostly posting this to remind myself today that I did that. I put in hard work, I committed to changing my life and I got great results because of it. Time and patience are the hardest parts of anything you do that results in greatness.
Basically I just needed to remember that I am awesome and though I accomplished a lot, I was BARELY getting started, so here’s to THAT- I can’t wait to see where the future takes me #transformationtuesday *You can swipe to see what I looked like just a couple months after my first was born (2014)*
