Saturday night was a belated birthday treat for me! My gorgeous friends, aka @caprinic & fam, took me and the hubby for an indulgent French meal at @bistroduvin - we are very lucky! Swipe to see the whole meal.
I started with foie gras accompanied by a selection of figs (fresh, poached and dried). I would lie if I said I didn't steal one escargot from my friend's plate eheh
That was followed by a fulfilling, hearty, glorious lamb with seasonal veggies.

And it all ended with a refreshing, apricot tart, as I absolutely love fruity desserts

Kale Caesar Salad
@traderjoes kale + mini croutons + cucumbers + spiralized beets + caesar dressing + crispy za’tar chickpeas
2 cans chickpeas
Salt + pepper
Garlic + onion powder
Drain + rinse chickpeas
Dry them on a paper towel, once dry pour into a bowl add in all ingredients, give it a mix. Bake on 455 for 30 min (or less) until crispy
