385x4x6 on deads and 337x2x6 paused ssb squats (48lb bar). Need to work on keeping my chest up on deadlifts. Oggi stavo mangiando le mie solite gallette di riso quando per caso ho pensato: "Ma come si prepareranno?!" A quel punto sono andata a cercare online e in effetti su Greenme.it ho trovato una ricetta che ho intenzione di provare quanto prima! Nonostante sia consapevole del fatto che non valga la pena fare tanta fatica considerando che delle gallette di riso si trovano facilmente in ogni supermercato (😂) lascio comunque qui quello che ho trovato. 💪🏼 INGREDIENTI: • 200 grammi di farina di riso • 150 grammi di farina di mais • 3 cucchiai d'olio extravergine d'oliva o di sesamo • 1 bicchiere di latte vegetale (di riso o di soia) • 1 cucchiaino di sale fino integrale •100 grammi di malto di riso o di mais PROCEDURA: Per la preparazione di queste gallette di riso è necessario tostare in precedenza le due farine in padella, fino a doratura. Le farine dovranno essere mescolate a mano agli altri ingredienti, unendo poco a poco ad esse il latte vegetale prescelto. Una volta formato un impasto liscio ed omogeneo, lasciatelo riposare per mezz'ora a temperatura ambiente, quindi stendetelo con il matterello e ricavate dei dischi con l'aiuto di un bicchiere, di cui è meglio inumidire il bordo per facilitare l'operazione. Cuocete le gallette su una teglia rivestita con carta da forno a 180°C per 15-20 minuti.

If a trainer lacks ability to train someone or hasn’t trained someone face to face to their goal like getting leaner! How could they know typical scenarios and how to solve them via email etc? To coach someone effectively without physically seeing them you need to know how to work with issues that can arise, how to get results through communication methods where physically you aren’t there! Don’t be fooled by someone that has just got them self in shape and uses their plan to attempt to get you in shape!
