“Just Be” Post 1 of 3 by: #RobertoEnamorado aka #Robertoinlove - Not too long ago, I was a hot mess :D and now I’m a couple months away from being 38 years of age, yet feel and look more like I’m in my 20’s. But don’t get it twisted, I’m still a work in progress.
In the process of improving my own state of mind, I realized that physical fitness (going from 181 pounds to 150 pounds), works in tandem with mental fitness and often is one of the keys towards one’s own #holistic well-being.
Those keys include sleeping well, eating well, #workworkwork (but not too much work), spending time with friends and family, letting go of toxic relationships (and if you have a toxic relationship with yourself, you especially gotta change that asap, aka do some #innerwork), being creative and finding outlets/mediums to encourage others to feel and do better along the way...at least for me they are.
Hope you find what works for you. But don’t go crazy being to too regimented and overthinking. Start taking consistent action with the small stuff, be patient, and be more empathic with yourself and others along the way.
