Squats week 4 of 20. This day has been a real struggle. Squating last week felt like I was on top of the world. This week I feel like I just cannot get my body to work with me. It took me a long time to go through my warm up only to get 3 reps in. The only upside is that I was able to take the weight up to 110kg but that felt like 200kg compared to last week. Many factors could include lack of sleep or not the best pre training meals. End of the day, I say what's done is done and let's focus on the next one and work on how to make sure I don't go through this again. It's all a process in the end.
